Server Woes 3/21/2019

So first the 100 MB patch took 15 mins rather than 30 secs, could be my problem.
But then:
I get through login just fine, instantly in and see the char select....but no chars.
It takes 20-30 seconds to load a char...during which time you may get kicked to login again.
Then you load to 99% and sit there...at which point you may get kicked to login again.
Then you enter the game, see no players, no chat, might see "connection to server timing out" and get kicked to login again.
It took me 30 minutes just to refine on 6 toons.
What makes this worse is there is nothing on the forums (which load fine BTW), yet seeing how I can instantly connect to the login
server and get the char select page (without chars) would indicate it is a server issue.

yeah i have been getting the same, i would hazard a guess that its due to the r&d event making people flood the servers, it will probably be fine after the event, but im glad someone said something about it
