in PS4 Gameplay Bug Reports
So i entered a tfo (random) when I got back I was stuck outside the map.

    Twice today I've tried to enter the Endeavor TFO (Days of Doom) and both times it's kicked me to a blue screen and then bestowed a Leaver penalty on me.
