Breen Story Arc for a Fed Rom

Not sure if this should go into "bugs" threads or if I'm just an idiot and can't find anything. I have a recently created Fed aligned Romulan toon which is already level 65 and I can't figure out how to get access to the Breen Story Arc. I read on gamepedia that the Arc needs to be shared with toons that don't have access to it, so a very kind player shared the whole set of five missions with me tonight, and after I got started on "Cold Case" (being the first I happened to click on), I noticed it told me I was not eligible for the mission and that I was playing for reduced rewards, and the Breen engine was not a reward to earn.

Am I doing something wrong? Did I happen to miss/skip some obscure necessary mission along the short path to leveling up? Is the Arc broken for Fed aligned Romulan toons?

Please help... I've run LOTS of toons through the leveling process over the many years I've played this game, and all my toons have access to all the stories and arcs, except this one...

If I read the S15 blog right, the last mission of the klingon war arc opens up these 'relocated missions' and puts them into the 'available' tab, not the episodes list.

I'm more concerned about the removed missions from the klingon war arc.

Nope, Romulans are bugged right now for the Breen Arc. You can find the Spectres missions and the Dominion missions in the available tab, but we have no mission giver now for "Cold War" (the first mission of the Breen Arc)

Trust me, I have a Delta recruit rom that needs to finish those missions to get the last rewards. And I have played or skipped every other mission in the mission journal.

It's a known bug, but effects such a small portion of the player base......it has been months with no fix.

Have a look for Ambassador Surah in Available or Contacts. IIRC it's there.

The Klingon War arc missions are not removed, they are being revamped.

Some of the missions were removed while they're being reworked. An important mission reward went with them.
