Event extended a day due to long server downtime?

I'd politely like to ask if the current event could be extended one day due to the long sever downtime today.

I had planned finishing off a number of event related things in the time window we had available (9:30-10:00) before it ended.

    They already extended it to the 23rd even though the calendar didn't note that. The extra 2 days because of all those server issues we had for a couple days during the event.

    They factor in normal maintenance to all events, giving all a week or two extra to complete them. They cannot plan around people's own private lives. So no, they will not extend the event for this reason.

    Gee, thanks for the snark. (And for the record, if they say an event ends at 10AM on a certain day and their OWN issues push that time back, it's not peoples private lives at fault.)

    There was no snark intended. As I stated, we have extra-long events for the reason given already, they will not extend it further unless there's something extraordinary, and extending Scheduled maintenance by an hour is not an extraordinary event, unlike the Server issues we had the other week.
