BOFF & Abilities trays flicker now

Since the Emergency Update yesterday, my BOFF abilities tray on one toon flickers rapidly and on another toon my toon abilities tray flickers. Additionally moving the BOFF tray is impossible unless I make it hidden first. I also had the same issue with the singularity ability graphic.
