If someone would come by and leave directions on how to do this onr PS4 and XBox, thank you.
On PC:
Go to the "Notification Settings" menu.
To get to those options.....click on the cog wheel in the bottom right corner of the chat window.
On the pop up menu, click "Notification Settings".

In "Notification Settings"......the option you want to change is: "Gameplay Announcements".
Turn off both Fly-ins and Chat.
