Rare Personal Endeavor Broken? (Update)

I tried to do a 'Rare' Personal Endeavor, "Complete a Lukari TFO". So I queued up Dranuar Gauntlet, which was listed as one of the TFO's that qualify for that task. I did the TFO but I didn't get credit for it.

Has anyone else run into the sort of problem? Thx

Newest Update: Seems it all is working now, several days now and no issues that prevent me to do any of them.

Update: Tried all TFO's that were listed, none worked. I think this particular selection is broken.

Im having this issue with the Borg TFOs. Have run 3 of them and still no credit towards the endeavor.

Also, issues with the Borg TFO.
Ran 3 on main and 1 on alt.

This is also an issue with Complete iconian TFO personal endeavor, Lists both bughunt and brotherhood of the sword but neither worked when i did them on advanced.

Okay, some new info:
Was unable to complete the Personal Endeavor (Rare and Very Rare) on day 1 which were attached to TFO's.

Now, on Day 2, all three are "Defeat X numer of X on ground," and I've completed 2 of 3 so far. I suspect that the trouble lies in being tied to the TFO's somehow.

All three Day 2 Personal Endeavors went off without a hitch, thus adding further evidence to support my theory above. I will add more info when Day 3 drops.

Could not complete the Day 1 due to a Binary Circuit bug it seems despite winning twice.

I completed Day 2 however. Sadly the Endeavor systems interface simply vanished from my UI immediately afterwards.

Regarding the objectives, it would be very user friendly if when it names an enemy to kill that the Episode name for said enemies is also listed so picking a a mission could be easily done. I have not played some of the missions in years and simply forgot about the ground element details.

You can find it in the same dropdown where you access your ship's bridge.

Personal Endeavor "Deal Physical (Space) Damage" will not let me deal physical damage, it says use Science abilities like Gravity Well, but no progression.

Yep I filed a bug, two different TFOs for the Borg, (completed successfully so either one should have worked) Yet, nada, zip, zilch, zero, nothing, emptiness, despair……… for completing the PE.

So on to a different note, So if we do the three a day, it will still take us more or less 2yrs to complete all the Personal Endeavors. Can there be an event weekend were we can do as many of them in a row?

Oh found a very amusing bug with the Endeavor UI, can someone else please check

Steps to reproduce.
1. log in (this needs to be a fresh login)
2. Click on the Endeavor button on the UI to pop up the perks/Endeavor Window
3. Click Endeavor Tab
4. Watch as the "reroll token" texts floats to the left and out of the window and off the screen

Note that this only works when you first log in. If you switch characters then it will continue where it left off.

@sukhothai, try the STO Wiki page that lists the skills that cause Physical Damage in Space.

Unfortunately, Gravity Well is not listed there, and if you look at the Wiki page for Gravity Well, the damage type is specified as Kinetic, not Physical.

I used Anti-Time Entanglement Singularity to complete that Endeavor.

That's cause Gravity Well does Kinetic Dmg... not Physical.

Anti-Time Entanglement Singularity T5 Ability from Temporal Defense Initiative

will do Physical Dmg. Took me a while to figure this one out.

Update on this. basically the description is wrong you need 3 TFO of medium difficulty to complete. See below for the real challenge, I did three and it finally completed

Resolved an issue with the listed requirement for TFO completions in medium difficulty which were incorrectly stating you need 0/1 when it should have been 0/3.

Day 3 Personal Endeavors went fine using established workarounds. Nothing tied to TFO's this time, though. Once the patchy patches are patched we'll see how it holds up.

Day 4 Personal Endeavors, after first set of fixes applied:

Must still change map to get PE's to show up/register as incomplete.
Otherwise everything seemed to work.
Did not have a PE attached to a TFO so I cannot confirm or deny any wonkyness related thereto.

Definite improvements thus far.

Same issue here. Very rare "Destroy Herald Ships" Tfo and story missions. I am currently running "Time in a bottle" story mission. Did not receive any credit for any kills. Worked fine yesterday. Got all my credits and boxes.

Update: when I played" broken circle" this time it gave me proper credit for the herald ships I killed. Something is definitely not right. 2 missions, same story arc, credit for one, not the other

Different issue: When I logged in for the first time today, my Rare personal endeavour - Collect 2000 (?) Salvage - was already three quarters complete. I hadn't done anything to earn that. When I picked up a Mk XII item to salvage, the return was rather low, about 132 points. I picked up a few more items in space from random encounters, did *not* salvage them, and suddenly the endeavour was complete. This is the first time anything was off with the personal endeavours.

Not sure where you're getting that from. I've had the rare/hard/red endeavor finish while doing normal content. Player difficulty level, nor the level of the queue matters from what I've seen.

Perhaps they system is just more bugged than it should be?
