Completed Story Arc Missions, Now showing as OPEN/Incomplete

I was greeted by Foreman Kylor this morning informing me that we were all set to go on the New Romulus Story Arc missions. Only problem is I completed all the New Romulus Story Arc missions a long time ago. A quick check of the New Romulus Episodes revealed that yes, there were now OPEN missions that required completion. These missions are not REPLAY. They are completed missions that are now OPEN (TRANSWARP/SKIP/HAIL) again.

There is some issue here. For example, the “New Romulus” Story Arc accolade shows the mission Hidden Camera as open/incomplete, but under the Episodes Tab for New Romulus that mission is Complete [REPLAY].

In addition, the “New Romulus” Story Arc accolade shows the mission Secrets of the Ancients as being Complete but under the Episodes Tab for New Romulus that mission is OPEN/incomplete.

I have the same issue. Completed Story Arc missions are being rolled backed to OPEN, not REPLAY.

The Story Arcs effected are the Iconian War, Solanae Dyson Sphere and the Delta Quadrant.

I suspect based on the gaps in my Inventory, Bank and Ship Console Slots that whatever rewards from those missions I received are now gone also.

It’s a side effect of changing the way the missions work, the Kobali missions are he same

I am aware of the changes (consolidation) to the Kobali missions in the Delta Story Arc that occurred in the early Fall. This issue is not related to that. The issue here is Completed Story Arc missions are being rolled back to OPEN stage (not done). Not REPLAY, open. This change only occurred recently, like in the last 3-4 days.

Out of several account characters only one (for now) is impacted. Something happened.
