LAST DAYS OF THE DEWANS ACCOLADE

I ran the mission and tried to translate the tablet in order to get the first of the eight parts of this accolade and nothing happened. I tried again a while later and the tablet was in a different place so I went up to it and tried to translate it and again nothing happened. Could you please look into this. It couldn't have een because I already had that accolade because it was the first time I run the mission (Overgrown Caves)
