Story Arc confusion

They seem to have removed the "Cold War" or "Breen" story arc so that they can move it to the lvl 65 missions and extend game play, however the rewards for this set of missions is the "Cryo" or "Absolute Zero" gear set, the problem I see is that the reward isn't worth the effort of doing the missions at lvl 65. That particular gear set is eh to ok in the mid tier ship builds and game play, but there are better sets from later missions already in the game, also if you check the mission lvls Cold War which is the precursor to Cold Call is now at lvl 65, but Cold Call is still at lvl 47 which means you'll not get it til 65. The following is an excerpt from an email from GM Rythum "it looks like the issue is the result of a bug and while I don't have a fix for you, I'll gather the details that you've given to me and pass them on for further investigation. If you haven't already done so, I strongly encourage you to submit an in-game bug report by selecting "Bug Report" from the list of available help options. Even though you won't receive a response to that report, it will be sent to the devs and the QA team.". However 2 days ago another GM told me that it was moved to lvl 65, so is it a bug, or was it moved. Or have they realized that what they were trying to do wasn't gonna work and are scrambling to cover their tracks til they can Fix what they messed up? They have also moved "Specters" the Drozana Station story arc to lvl 65 and it used to be right after the Klingon War story arc somewhere around lvl 16, and neither of these arcs are available from the mission journal any more you have to know who gives them and find them in the Available tab now, needless to say my frustration level is a bit high at the moment, is anyone else feeling this way or is it just me?
