crafted deuterium-stabilized cores missing an ultra rare mod

hi,
a crafted deuterium-stabilized core does not get a mod when upgrading them to ultra rare.
just the initial 3 mods (bat, ecap, w->e) for very rare and the usual w->s mod at epic.
