Unable to Claim New Romulus Reputation Tier V reward (Flamethrower)

I have been unable to claim the Flamethrower equipment reward after completing the reputation queue. I also cannot clear this completed mission from my queue. I have already opened an in-game ticket and have received feedback that this is a bug. See Ticket Reference # 181223-000297 for additional details and a screenshot of the error message that I have been receiving.
