Borg adapting on ground faster after omega graviton pulse module T6 rep trait

It seems like omega graviton pulse module anti-adaption either changed to being really bad or has been disabled after T6 reputation. With trait enabled borg are adapting by 3rd shot, about the same as no graviton pulse module.
