Bugged MACO and Omega accolades

Just to bring this up once again. Could you please fix the MACO and Omega accolades so all of them can be achieved? It has been years upon years since the Elite queues were ditched and Mark X reputation gear hasn't been available in all that time either. Is it really so hard to make Advanced queues and the available rep gear count toward those accolades, or is there some other reason to ignore this issue all these years? This is really bothering a lot of people.
