Account Guard is not sending the email. New PC, my email is the correct one, it is not in spam folder, and disabling account guard also doesn't work as it still asks for a pin. I have tried both accounts neither one is working and they both have different email providers, one of them is gmail.

I have to get one of those pins on every device I read the forums on.....Kindle, Chromebook and Windows 10 Computer. And I use Gmail.
Granted, once or twice the e-mail with the pin would be very slow showing up in the box....and I don't see it right away. But most of the time, it is posted to my inbox by the time I switch over to the other screen.

I had to contact PWI support to get them to de-activate account guard for me because I was not getting the emails with the code that verified I was who I said I was. but that was not cryptics/pwi's fault. it was my ISP's. for some reason, certain types of email when sent to my personal email address provided by my isp, disappear somewhere between point a and point b. I have tried working on the issue with my isp, of course, to no avail. they claim no emails are being blocked, but I beg to differ. I can no longer count how many times that has happened now. I have been relying on the good old cryptic guard to protect my account. If certain emails, such as when you try to sign up for a forum, or account retrieval messages, such as password reset messages never arrive, then you too might have this issue. my advice is too do what do, rely on cryptic guard and get support to turn off account guard. OR, change your account's email to use a gmail address. but that too might need pwi supports help to do too
