Unable to Join Winter Invasion Queue

in Xbox One Gameplay Bug Reports
When attempting to join the winter invasion queue from the console in Q's Wonderland, I receive the following error:
[PvPWarning] Your level is too high to join "Winter Invasion"

    They are aware of the issue and the bug has been posted on Reddit in the thread involving bugs since the Winter Event has been released. For now, join through the TFO menu until it is fixed.

    This is the official forum for bug reports, correct? Not trolling just trying to understand. There was no post regarding this matter. I wanted to get it reported.

    Yes, this is the official forum for bug reports. I was just giving info that the bug had already been filed by someone for the appropriate parties to fix it. So thanks for reporting it. :)
