Razer Chroma issue on Blade laptop

I just got a blade 15 2018 and I noticed that the game effects aren't working correctly. The logo, faction colors, red alert all work fine. The arrow keys do not display shield info and the f-keys while normally are f-1 thru 12 is now f-2 thru 12 +ins. I know this probably isn't a crital bug but should be and easy fix. I would be willing to test any fixes.
