Looking for a fleet to join GMT +8

I am a relatively new player in SEA with a GMT of +8hrs, though i am in a fleet but never "met" up with the rest of the fleet due to the time difference i think. i am hoping to look for a fleet that is more or less around my time zone. Thanks
