having problem with downloading patch

in PC Gameplay Bug Reports
I'm really struggling to download this Thursday's patch from the 8th of November 2018 for STO but every time I try to download it it just keeps stopping and my internet stops working properly as well it's so god danm annoying and really wanna get back in to the game but I cant cos of this stupid F****** download patch

    It is most likely cryptic. I just wiped my machine and reinstalled Windows 10. Steam installed and downloaded all my games and ran around 120-125 Mbps the whole time. I reinstalled STO and it hangs around 15-36 Mbps. Most likely they have a poorly implemented network and/or network team.

    3 days and still can't get in stupid download patch I WANT TO PLAY NOW!!!
