A group of five of us were trying to run queues, but had a difficult time, including:
- the team leader being the only one to enter the queue, but with a random team.
- constantly being dropped and having to re-queue the mission (with little success)
- never having the queue pop (we had five people, why would it take a long time)
Anyone else experiencing problems? We didn't do the Randoms, just tried to select from the list.

To provide more information to whomever might read it - the main problem is that the queue system requires both team and queue group to be intact if you queue up for anything other than RTFO or start a full premade. However, here lies the problem. Team rarely "breaks up", however queue group does so constantly.
Sometimes sending team invite will not automatically invite the other person also to queue group. And if you then make the mistake of inviting them into queue group manually, hell breaks loose and everyone previously in your team/queue group can assure themselves that if they want any chance of starting the mission together at all, you should disband both queue group and team and just have everyone relog.
Then there's the cool (/s) thing where you see "alright, we have both team and queue group together - let's do it!", you queue up and notice that someone leaves the queue group. Most often it's yourself, but i've also experienced other people simply dropping, apparently completely randomly. So you (and perhaps the other lucky ppl who remained in qg with you) will stay queued, but if the mission now pops and you make the mistake of pressing accept, it will break the team and only those present in queue group (so, most often: you alone) will be transported onto the map.
So yeah, for a game where huge majority of our endgame content seems to consist of teamed "raids", actually forming teams for those has been made as painful as possible, for some reason.

We usually just right click and "invite to team" everyone who wants to join. Never had a problem. We never actually made it into a queue before finally giving up after a LOT of failed attempts and wasted time. Too bad, it had been so long since folks weren't busy grinding an event, that it would have been nice to fly together.
