"Secrets of Nimbus" missing completely

Before the 11/8/18 patch I had the missions, except "Installation 18", in my Available tab, now they are gone completely.

My AoD toon is level 65 and "The Galaxy at Large" has been completed, and cannot be replayed, but I can't access the "Secrets of Nimbus" missions. The same is true for my level 65 Fed toon.

None of my Klingon or Romulan toons are levelled that high, because I can't be bothered, so I can't check if that's the case there as well.

Anyone else having this issue?

It's "too easy" to check if you play in various ways/different date's and factions chars. (I mean this error is not rare) NR (4 collecting missions) and Nimbus has a serious repeatability issue.

For example without even login to check, my "2nd wave" deltas: KDF char Serath (65, did galaxy at large) Fed delta char Lal (65, did galaxy at large) and probably Rom/Fed Nelomir (65, did galaxy at large). All did Installation 18 and can't do since AoD patch. (Significant edit: checked true for all of those - beside the Rom, by login, and also it turns out those can't repeat any of the 4 additional collecting missions in NR too, and can't have, by default at least, any of the (done) missions in Nimbus, again - didn't check by approaching Nimbus III, so post pending edits. Nelomir delta rom fed char can't repeat the NR quests like the other deltas noted.)

*Rom faction chars would not likely having an ("unsolvable") issue with Nimbus as they HAVE the line...

Another edit - just additional info on other chars, if needed: Arak'Lar, a Jem Fed from ViL event, has the 5 Nimbus missions including Installation 18 available to it (expected behavior), it didn't complete those missions before AoD but did skip up before AoD I think. Like the deltas above, it seems to not be able to REplay (from available) the 4 additional NR missions of vestam, atlay, phaeos and hawel. Another char, an old reman/romulan fed, have 3 missions in NR repeatable while it didn't yet finish the NR rep and NR line - unsure about the 4th and unsure if those will be gone by a reply, though. It also CAN do for the 1st time Installation 18 (expected behavior). Other Rom KDF alien seems to be able to play the nimbus line while not being able to do the NR additional tasks (it didn't finish the rep but skipped until and including last quest in NR line) My very old fed rom which completed T5 and NR line before AoD, has all the nimbus (though 1st time still) and NR quests (repeats, though unsure it kept that way if repeated once more) in available line as well. Another fed very old char who had finished T5 and both nimbus and NR lines has all the relevant NR and Nimbus on available as replays (though unsure it stays this way if I do replay those) Another fed char, NeloBank, has only the non played Nimbus quests in available, it seems (and didn't get enough up in NR line (and rep) to have the NR additional quests, I think. So it's likely irrelevant it doesn't has any) Other old fed char, Omirnel, has all Nimbus missions for first time as not done, and despite having T1 on NR and not finishing the NR line and not advancing it since AoD (though probably skipped), it has the additional 4 NR missions on available for 1st time. ONE (engineer andorian TOS) AoY seems to be able to repeat (for now) Nimbus but not the NR additional 4 quests, while the other (sci vulkan TOS AoY, who completed similar things) doesn't see Nimbus but can repeat (for now) the 4 additional NR quests instead. May edit this all for accuracy/generalizing/rephrasing etc or otherwise;

I may try to gather info from this section and edit it more generally if possible.

Note that most/all my newer chars (since ~last delta event, unsure exactly) can't site to site transport in NR despite having all transportation points. Those could not get the transportation system quest.

Some constructional criticism which might be edited out later:

As a side note, yes, the players tried to be polite, including myself. But beside skipping (which is IMO good) what good did it do to make that Jurnal change? and it wasn't requires for skipping allowance, IMO. The change made took T5 reputation reward from SOME people (essentially those who finished T5 before AoD hits without yet finishing Secrets of the ancients by then, and possibly other cases - this I don't know) and it seems nobody cares about the lose/says it's meant to be fixed later/said it will be fixed etc. As if it just happens, as if "by itself", a casualty of Jurnal's change. And no, I am not affected by the T5 issue as far as I know.

P.S.
Each time, up to now, there was a mess with zone/line/NPC missions (inserting/removing, to any direction) it created troubles. Some of this older mess still exists (site to site transport) and it still happens again and created new issues.
