Boff away team weapons bug

We still seem to have the bug where away team members will randomly stop carrying a readied weapon.
Almost every time a fight starts my officer's weapons will disappear and they won't equip them until a fight is about over, instead attempting to fight hand to hand or just wait for abilities if they do anything at all.
We really need this fixed as it's been around a long while now.
