The dsc starter pack ship cannot be claimed on JH-Fed or Rom-Fed, these kinda restrictions don't usually kick in until T5
so i'm hoping it's an oversight.

The admiralty card for this ship is common quality (white), zen ship always have a rare quality (blue) admiralty card.

    Actually T5 and T6 restriction on allied faction ships was removed from game some time ago...
