Ground weapon and bridge officer requisitions, Discovery-era Academy map.

Sent an in-game bug report, but just wanted to reiterate here: since launch, the BOff requisitions officer and the ground weapons merchant on the Discovery-era Academy map haven't worked. I realise that they're comparatively minor points, but since I am someone who likes, post-tutorial, to play with my own chosen officers, it would be nice if we could see some progress on this.

Agents of Yesterday and Legacy of Romulus both had working requisitions officers from day one, so I don't accept that it's something they just overlooked. The officers ARE there, just not active.
