DS9 assets are now missing?!?!

I log in like normal, play the AOD and work on the Discovery character. Level up and finally go to DS9 for the Cardashian stuff, and now the game says that there are no DS9 ground assets. Thought it was a bug and tried logging in to my 23rd century toon, and guess what...Nope. Can't do that either since she was already on DS9, I can't log in to her either.

So I erased ALL my STO files from my hard drives and redownloaded it again, guess what, same thing. It's as if the DS9 ground assets are gone. Now I can't log in to either my AOD or AOY toons. Hopefully I can get someone to look at this issue.

    I was on DS9 with my Jem'Hadars just a couple of hours ago. Tell the program to verify files and see if that helps. Maybe it will pick up where those files went to.

    Just verifying files didn't do it for any of us.

    Noticed that my DS9 pack reappeared when I reached level 50, and was then avilable to claim.
    A bit late to claim scalable weapon at that level. :p

    A test server is supposed to be used to properly test patches before patching anything....
