Discovery BOFF Uniform problem

The four BOFFs you gain in the AoD arc have a problem with the Discovery Uniform - they are unable to make use of any rank badge higher than Ensign - even if you promote them to a higher rank.

    In addition to that, I've found that the female characters don't have the option to change the collar colour in the tailor.
