I've had several characters (two at least) have their Gamma rep progress reset completely to 0.
I'm reasonably certain I had only one character remaining out of 12, that hadn't completed it yet.
EDIT: Hmm, maybe not? I can't find any evidence I ever had T5, no titles, no extra elite marks.
Maybe I didn't?
