5/3 Battlecruiser with Pilot seating possible?

I was disappointed, but not really surprised, to see that the Europa-class battlecruiser has Command seating. My dream ship would be a battlecruiser with a 5/3 weapon layout and a Pilot station. To the best of my knowledge, the T6 Light Cruisers and Ferengi Nandi are the only non-escort vessels with pilot seating; while the KDF Light Cruiser is a light battlecruiser, I'm a) inquiring about the possibility of a Starfleet vessel and b) it lacks the desired weapon setup. Would a 'cruiser like I described be incompatible with the existing and projected meta-game, or is it a possibility that the devs just haven't gotten around to yet (it's not like people have clamored for it the way they have the ships the devs have actually provided)?

There is a federation cruiser: the Reliant class (t6 miranda). While it does not have the 5/3 set up, it does have a pilot seat. In answer to your question: the devs just haven't gotten to making a cruiser with those specifications yet.

You could just use a pilot ship and make it tougher, after all if you use a battlecruiser you'd make it more mobile.
