What do you do, when things you buy in 'Spacedock', DON'T MAKE IT INTO YOUR 'INVENTORY'?

This seems to be a common theme/occurrence in STAR TREK ONLINE. I visit 'Spacedock', and try to make improvements to a ship that my chosen character is currently commanding. For some reason, none of the things that I've been buying, ARE SHOWING UP IN MY INVENTORY.

Maybe when I FINALLY buy that vaunted LIFETIME SUBSCRIPTION, in November, this hazing will finally end.

(One might only hope.)

Never had this problem, do you have a overflow bag pending?

Also depending on your game settings, when you purchase ship and ground equipment these may auto equip to your character or to your ship, and will therefor not show up in the inventory. But on your ship / ground equipment window.

There may be various explanations to this :

    - What snowwolf said.

    - Have you been buying that stuff from the Exchange? Sometimes, the window doesn't refresh correctly, and some of the proposed items may have been bought already by someone else (normally you'll get a flying message telling you that the purchase failed, but it's quite easy to miss it). In any case, though, you shouldn't lose your credits.

    - Check your inventory's overflow bag (lower left corner of the inventory window). Any item that you may have received while having a full inventory will end up in it.

    To, Snowwolf#0563.

Thank you. I have checked the overflow bag. I check it, an lo & behold, THERE WAS A VERITABLE TREASURE TROVE OF STUFF that I thought had simply been nullified, when I didn't see it in my main inventory.

    And in response to ashstom1.
No I have NOT bought anything from the STAR TREK ONLINE 'EXCHANGE'. The one time that I visited that venue, everything I saw, was grossly overpriced. Talk about HYPER-INFLATION.
