Gamma recruit 6x commendation space warfare specialist Doff is only active ground duty?

I'm not sure if it was meant to be this way, but my Gamma recruit 6x commendation reward space warfare specialist Doffs can only be assigned to active ground duty even though the "on duty" bonus is for space combat damage

    Do you have other Space Warfare Specialists of any type assigned to Active Space slots? Some 'professions' have limits to the number of Doffs of the same type that may be slotted.

    No, nothing similar is in the active space duty slots, apparently it wouldn't slot in the ground duty if there was (another post listed that issue).

    The Doff only shows as an option in the ground duty choices. It might be operating as intended. I just thought it was odd that a space warfare specialist with a space damage bonus had to be slotted (or even could be slotted) to active ground duty.

    The Doff is for Ground but gives you Space Bonus Damage. That's not a mistake you just can't slot a Space Warefare Specialist in Space and use the Reward as Ground cause he still counts as Space Warfare Specialist. It's a great Doff i just wished i knew upfront that you can't slot it when you got already a Space Warfare Specialist. I'm not even sure that this is intended since this a Unique Doff.
