It sounds interesting. Maybe they could pair it with a similar release of a Tal Shiar Romulan premium character choice.

seems OP in areas, thalaron weapons are illegal so would never be used even as a secondary effect

I tried posting this days ago but got that weird forum bug where it wanted some mod to approve it first

although the scimatar set allows thalaron pulse though ill wait and see what might come out with the picard series
