T6 command assault cruiser on console?

So on the consoles there’s a fleet T6 command assault cruiser when you browse acquire ships but I can’t redeem my vizier from promotions in the c-store on console, it doesn’t even show up. Will it be available on consoles for fed and fed-aligned characters?
