Defera Invasion Zone Crafting Still Broken

I recently tried to complete the mission "Plumbing Power" in the Defera Invasion Zone with my new Jem'Hadar character. The mission has you collect a bunch of items from all the areas of DIZ and then return to a table in the camp where you get an option to craft the required item to complete the mission. However, as previously noted in November 2016, December 2016, and July 2018, crafting in DIZ is broken whether at the crafting table or the table associated with this mission. The crafted items never appear in your inventory when using the regular crafting table and in the case of the problem in Plumbing Power mission, the mission doesn't complete. In the previous posts the problem seems to exists on PC,PS4, and X-Box versions. There has not been any responses by anyone associated with the game in this forum. The bug is not listed in the "Known Issues" of the weekly update log. I have tried submitting a couple tickets through the support section but the only response I get is to post it here. Well here it is. Again. Would someone at Cryptic please respond indicating that you at least acknowledge this problem exists and if possible please give an estimate of when or if a fix is ever planned.

Both were listed as "Solved" even though they were not solved from a user end.
