Disappearing Ground Weapons

When my captains and boffs are on the ground and have their weapons in hand and activate a "power" or rub a tribble their weapons disappear. Not good especially in battle and half my away team is standing theere doing nothing cause their weapons disappeared. Only way I can get them back is to holster all the weapons and unholster them and they reappear. This issue has been going on since about midway thru the last Mirror Invasion event and happens on all characters.
