Elite Jem'hadar Gunboats bugged

The elite version of the hangar pets Jem'Hadar Gunboats are bugged, two of their skills that are advertized with dont work. They supposed to have Beam Fire at Will 3 and Attack Pattern Lambda 3. They have the first one but when they activate it they dont fire anymore with beams, just torpedos, until the skill is off, then they resume firing the beams again. The 2nd skill Attack Pattern Lambda is missing, having Beam Overload 3 instaid.
