Old bug resurfaced during "Second Wave" - "Disarming Diplomats"

Apologies if this has been reported already, but as the title suggests I am currently playing through a Klingon Delta towards level 50 and have hit my first bug on the episode "Second Wave". It is when you introduce yourself to the four representatives in " Disarming Diplomats" (make that three - Shon is automatically taken off the list). You can have the conversation with Garak and the Deferi Ambassador without incident, but when you go and talk to the Gorn Ambassador the game freezes. On more than one occasion while trying to get around this the sound card freezes as well.

Curiously this matches a crossed out entry in the bugs section of the "Second Wave" page over on STO Gamepedia, suggesting it's an old bug thats resurfaced with the cosmetic changes made to the episode for "Victory is Life".
