Mission: Second Wave
1: When you help the diplomats on DS9, Zar agrees to give you his/hers holosuite reseveration after you found a buyer for the self sealing stem bolts. However he refers to telling and paying Hadron for the holusuite transfer, when it's infact Quark you have to talk too.
2: During the cutscene in the conference room, Admiral Zav glasch Trem talks.. Then the Klingon Ambassador S'taass stands up, then followed by Elim Garak.. The problem is that as the voice over for Elim Garak starts, the old voice over for Rugan Skyl plays at the same time.
Meaning that the voice of Elim Garak and Rugan Skyl are playing at the same time during the cutscene in the conference room.
3: As the cutscene is over and you talk to the various diplomants, Elim Garak is refered to as Rugan Skyl in the dialoge boxes. His voiceovers are correct this time however.
4: During the final space battle after you go back to your ship, the model of new Deep Space 9 will disappear as you move away from it. This can either be the docking ring, or the pylons, or a combination of both. The center of the station always seems to display correctly however.
Mission: Operation Gamma
1: After you catch up with Farek's ship, the Jem'Hadar will hail you. On screen you can see Weyon, but the old voice over for Eraun still plays, when you decide Farek's fate.. She is still refering to Eraun, as you kill or let Farek escape and hail the Jem'Hadar again. Weyon's voice over will now play, but so will Eruan's, meaning the last cutscene has double voice overs, overlaping one another.
I am happy to say however, that when you hail the Jem'Hadar cruiser near DS9 in sector space, all of the voice overs for Weyon are working correctly.
Mission: Facility 4028
1: During the opening hail when you accept the mission, Commander Achebe refers to Eraun.
2: During the last cutscene when Kar'ukan's ship arrive and fight with Starfleet forces, Weyon's voice over plays when he says "He's bluffing, you can't harm a founder" though the character model is still Eruan.
3: Old bug, during the cutscene where Starfleet and the Jem'Hadar fights, none of the weapons they use are visible. Only the explosions and sounds.
I am happy to report however, that all NPC's now follow you through the doors properly.. Which has been a problem before, and that all the new voice overs in the mission itself are working correctly.
Mission: Boldly They Rode
1: During the final space battle with Kar'ukan, the model of new Deep Space 9 will disappear as you move away from it. This can either be the docking ring, or the pylons, or a combination of both. The center of the station always seems to display correctly however. Appears to be the same problem as in "Second Wave".
I'm happy to say that all the new voice overs in this mission are working correctly.

two voices of weyoun are talking at the same time.
i hope they will update the interior in the missions and the other problems of the missions.
Which makes me dread what the Female Founder is like. I sure hope they used Salome Jens voice, but it will probably suffer the same fate as the rest of the new scenes. Which is a tragedy.
[Edit] Founder/Weyoun prison episode seems alright. Although I think there is a cut scene missing for Mission: Boldly They Rode. I recall speaking to the Vorta and Founder at the end before talking to Kurland. After defeating Kar'ukan you beam aboard the station then automatically beam off out of the mission.

l don't know.
l really don't know what l'm about to say, except l have a feeling about it.
That l must repeat the words that come without my knowledge.'
Oh wait..this is on the new ADDED stuff on old missions...not the new Gamma missions. Yikes. Who knows when they will have time to revisit that.

At the very end of this very long episode after the space battle, when I was supposed to beam to DS9: I beamed in, beamed out, and the episode is now stuck at "Honor the charge - go to DS9"
Arrrrrrrrrrrrggggggghhhhhhhhhh !!!!!!!!!!!!!
Switching to another character and back, Leaving the system, returning to the system, beaming to ops, beaming to the promenade -- nothing will let me continue the episode. Apparently my only option is to drop the episode then either skip it or replay it and hope that it decides to finish properly.
This is on a liberated borg Romulan, fed-aligned, who has not played the episode before.
I found the answer on Reddit. The beam-in beam-out is caused by moving you from the old DS9 to the new DS9, at which point the mission text really needs to be updated to tell you what to do next. Not "go to DS9" because you already are in DS9.
What you need to do is go to Sisko's old office (through the door at one edge of Ops) then talk to Kurland who is hiding from you there.
If you left ops because of the lack of mission text, just take the turbolift back to it then find Sisko's office.
