Bird-of-Prey

What do we all think? Should there be a Bird-of-Prey that can fire while cloaked, just, when they see you, the enemy starts shooting randomly in that direction? Then if you don't move, they will hit you and you decloak because your cloaking device was disabled, just like in Star Trek VI: The Undiscoverd Country. Or maybe the bonus you get from firing on the enemy could either last longer with the same bonus percentage, have a higher percentage while lasting that same brief time, or both, then the enemy truly would be caught off gaurd. Also, if you are fighting the Klingons as anyone (this should not go to missions where Klingons were programmed like this, only the ones where they cloak randomly. For example, this suggestion goes only to the Deep Space Encounters, not miisions like The Battle of Caleb IV!), you see a distortion in space even while they are succesfully cloaked, like in Star Trek III: The Search For Spock. Then you don't die too easily.

The Tier 6 Bird-of -Prey can fire Torpedoes and science skills while cloaked. Tho it does the uncloak just long enough to fire them off (Which will still get you shot by NPC's) then recloaks immediatly.
