Costume Unlock for Account

As above i would like, that the Costumes from the Reputation should unlocked for the Account not only for one Chara. That should be for Lobistore aswell.

Umm, no. Only the character that has actually done the reputation and earned it should be able to use it.

As for lobi stuff. Why would cryptic want to shut down an income source ? The only way to get lobi is to open lockboxes, to open lockboxes you need keys, to get keys, someone had to spend real cash money. Making lobi items account unlocks would cut into key sales.
