I need diplomatic immunity or raiding party.

The current endeavor is for tour the galaxy and I need either DI or RP to get a decent enough speed to reach more systems, but I have been finding it hard to find anyone willing to grant me it today, I have tried asking in sector space chat throughout hours and no one has even offered me either so far.
