In the mission "facility 4028" you beam down with one of your bridge officers, eventually Eraun and the Founder will also spawn and follow you.
Usually in this mission, whenever the player or Founder goes into combat with an enemy. Eraun will "cover" and display the stance of being scared.
Now though, he will continue to do this. But he will spawn a duplicate clone with a rifle, engaging in combat.
The Eraun who covers in fear and the Eraun who engages in combat will both be on the map at the same time, and they will both follow the player.
The good thing is however, that the NPC's are now able to follow you through the doors. Something that was bugged before.

All issues in this bug report has been fixed in the new expansion, yay! May be archived.
Also, going back up the stairs is problematic, you have to jump one step at a time to reach the top you do not just walk like your supposed to.
You fixed the columns and broke other things in the process . Verry Dissapointed.
Note: Now boldy they rode is broke.
Whenever you have to use your space suit thrusters to go up, you get stuck half way there and have to figure out how to walk on an angle to go up you cant just go straight up any more.
This mission worked within the last 2 months so what changed that the space suit thrusters will not let you go up without getting stuck?
This is a verry BAD inconvenience that alot of people including a friend of mine will not be able to manage without alot of help from others to assist her in traversing these areas to accomplish the mission?
Both missions can be completed for those who are ambitious and wish to work thru the bugs, would be easier if they were fixed correctly!.

What is hapening in 4028 the stairs on both sides of the main room where the pylons are you have to jump to go up the stairs and you go down sooo slowly its like your moving in slow motion. Also, the walls on the inside of the center chamber are missing around the doors you enter / leave thru in that main room. As to the pylons, yes they are fixed. these are NEW bugs.
