Readied the new Fleet ship, equipped gear did not auto-transfer.
Yes, the feature is turned on in options.

First, I reported a bug. Which is what one does on a test server when they find one. That it has been around "forever" means a hill of beans to me.
Second, for something that has been around "forever" the last time I switched ships the feature worked fine.
Last thanks for your opinion on what should and should not be reported as a bug but I will continue to report them unless I see them in the forum.
