Please see the almost total darkness for Time in a Bottle with lighting 2.

In addition, in the cut scene the planet is missing.

Just for experimentation I messed with the graphics options under lighting 2.0, nothing improved the view at all. I had to turn off lighting 2.0 in order to see the structures to know where i am going. I think that the devs need to take some time and play some of the missions with lighting 2.0 themselves and see where some of the missions are just in need of a little TLC.
