A Tiny "Quality of Life" Addition

Under the Ship’s “Visuals” tab, next to each equipment slot, a checkbox labeled “Disable Visuals If Not Filled” or the like would be nice. Some of us swap equipment a lot, and forgetting to disable a piece of equipment’s VFX happens on the regular.

It doesn't need any such checkbox. It should instead remember the visual state of equipment slots when you swap items.

that requires adding more data to the character data files. That's probably not a good idea.
