Bugged cloak + shield visuals

Somehow my old thread got deleted, not sure what happened but there is a bug with cloak and many different shield visuals on the temporal t'liss, scimitar and other Romulan cloaking ships (maybe some Klingon ones too?). Video below showing the bug. Please fix!

    Your thread may have been eaten but mine wasn't.

    It appears that most vanity shield visuals remain visible when ships cloak. That thread is from last May, by the way.

    I reported this bug back in 2015, but it's probably even older than that.

    Holodeck ticket 3,472,543: Visuals of Reman shield interfere with cloak visuals

    Well that sucks. it isn't a difficult bug to fix so perhaps the other threads just got lost and out of sight out of mind. I'll keep this one bumping every few days.

    STO, Cloak and visuals have been bugged for ages. Mostly engine trails disappear completely.

    Fix please.

    This problem was fixed temporarily, but it has now broke again in a different way. Using Section 31 shield visuals or any vanity shield on my Temporal T'liss causes a bug where when I de-cloak I lose that shield visual altogether and get stuck with the basic hull visual of the ship. This is a major problem, vanity shields are expensive! and should be useful on every ship, not just some.
