The new Discovery phaser rifle (lobi) is bugged.

The single shot mode does no damage and this seems to effect the whole cycle. The 1,2,3 shot cycle is actually 0,1,2 despite the animations showing correctly. The first shot does no damage, only one of the two shot burst does damage and only 2 of the 3 shot burst does damage.
I don't have this weapon on live as I like to try lobi items before I buy them but this is how it's working (or not working) on Tribble.
