Miracle Worker BOFF

Since I see you can't purchase one on ESD, how would I go about making one of my existing BOFF's into a Miracle Worker Specialized BOFF. I've always just purchased specialized BOFF, but never actually made one. My Captain is about 4 Specialization points away from being full in the Miracle worker list,

You could buy the specialisation qualification on the exchange, and the training manuals from the vendor on ESD.

With only 4 points away from being complete you can craft the qualification yourself. Go to your crafting menu then at the bottom find the training manual tab. You will still have to go to esd most likely to buy the 4 manuals you will need to craft it. Craft a padd and then the manual it self to get a qualification.

Once you have it, go to the BOFF you want to train, go to skills, at the top is a drop down menu showing the specializations. Train the BOFF and there you go.

Yea you only need to have 10 points spent in any qualification to train it. The only thing it requires is you craft a few PADDs then go to bridge officer trainer and buy the required default skills it will give to the officer.
