It's nice to have voices in Hearts and Minds, as I haven't played it since those were added. (Unless they are new this time?)

However, Bendii Syndrome is pronounced Bend-EYE.

Bendy Syndrome is what afflicted the crew of the Glenn.

Looking at it. I'd likely say, no, you'd have to run it on the 30th to get the dance.

If this is the case, they made it, to where you can completely ignore this event until the 30th.
