The only help you are looking for is for the DEVELOPERS to raise the cap. We cannot do that for you, only them. So, advice from people on the Forums would always have to be directed elsewhere. They have done that but that's not what you wanted so what else is there to say.

Exactly, then buy keys at a low, and horde them, and trade the keys for other things you want in various trading channels.

Fleet Credits are basically Fleet Money, spend them.

I've been hovering just under the fleet credit cap on all but two of my ten characters since over a year ago. Honestly it's a pretty stupid cap and I've always wondered if they mixed up the fleet credit and fleet mark caps. I can't recall what it is at the moment, but the fleet mark cap is an order of magnitude or two higher than the fleet credit cap. There is almost no way that anyone could obtain that amount of fleet marks within the prospective lifetime of the game, even playing 24/7 and doing nothing but fleet mark queues. Even a cap of just ten million for fleet marks would be very difficult to fill in any reasonable amount of time. (I once did the math in a post here, but I've long forgotten what variables I used. I think I came to something like ten years of obsessive mark farming to approach that limit.)

As for what to do with your fleet credits, since I doubt they'll ever switch the caps, I usually just buy a giant pile of common duty officers from my starbase and use them to feed open projects in the armada.

Edit: OK, I did some math and with a ten million FC cap, if we switched that to FMs, within ten years of obsessive mark farming, one would need to average over 2,700 marks per day for the entire ten years to come close to hitting the cap. The ACTUAL FM cap is one billion. Needless to say, nobody will ever be at risk of hitting that cap. My KDF main has 38 million lifetime credits in my fleet, which is obviously not very close to one billion, but still overran the piddling FC cap that we have many times over.

    Buy regular fleet ships.
Don't look silly... Don't call it the "Z-Store/Zen Store"...
Let me put the rumors to rest: it's definitely still the C-Store (Cryptic Store) It just takes ZEN.

Yeah the 200k non-upgradable ones, still good for admiralty, I've blown a few million on them just for that.

Exactly... Especially the Sci ships have helped me.
