I was at the character screen, logged in normally to Starfleet Academy, started my Doff assignments, went to change characters and got the "timed out" message, this was just within the last 10 minutes.
A normie goes "Oh, what's this?"

Wondering if this account server hiccup is somehow related to the fact that - just moments before I attempted to log out and back in and hit this problem - I was getting an error message when trying to claim a ship to complete a promotion mission... ('unspecified error', for those wondering...)
Errors, server outages, Stasis Beam 23c Modules not working, no 23c Gorn uniform... gee willikers, it's like I haven't been away at all, everything's just like I left it... Even the dust bunny under my Ready Room desk that thinks it's a tribble...

Figures before s14 goes live, and they say only 3.5 hour maintance ect... the servers would go beserk. would be nice to have a time frame when servers will be back live. or if they will tonight . seeing same issue, server status goes online/offline, but says unable to authenticate: connection to the account server timed out.
So here I am, trying to get in some leveling & claim items before the Server goes down in the morning, but the Server Is Down! I've been trying for over a half an hour to get in.
IF you guys can't get the server back up in the next couple of hours, would you PLEASE extend the times for claiming the TNG uniforms & Shuttles?
